$900 per night (3 night minimum stay)
This is a private, whole-house rental for your group. The rate is not per person—no matter how many guests attend, the nightly cost remains $900 and is typically split among the group.
Sleeping accommodations feature single beds in all four bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to provide both togetherness and personal space.
Guests enjoy a large, fully equipped sewing room created specifically for quilters, along with cozy common areas for relaxing, visiting, and sharing inspiration. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a charming Victorian dining room, and multiple leisure spaces—perfect for gathering between sewing sessions.
Closed Tuesdays for cleaning.

Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
